  • Custom Orders: All custom orders are non-refundable.

Compliance with Laws

  • Usage Requirements: The use of KoolerKart/Tyler Thomas products, whether assembling a ride-on cooler or using pre-made ride-on coolers manufactured by Tyler Thomas, must comply with all local and federal laws.
  • Speed Limitations: Systems above 50cc that can exceed 20 MPH are not legally allowed on streets according to federal laws in the United States and many other countries. It is the end user's responsibility to adhere to all laws regarding the use of these high-powered machines.

Safety Warning

  • Inherent Risks: Misuse of motor-powered ride-on coolers can lead to serious injury or even death. Users must understand that recreational riding of KoolerKart products is inherently dangerous.
  • Safety Precautions: Always ride safely, within the legal limits, and wear a helmet at all times.
    Legal Liability
  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a KoolerKart product, the consumer acknowledges and accepts the risks involved in using these products.
  • Hold Harmless Agreement: The consumer agrees to hold Tyler Thomas and its subsidiaries harmless in the event of an accident and agrees not to pursue legal recourse against them.
  • Legal Fees: Should a customer choose to pursue legal action, they are obligated to cover all legal defense fees for Tyler Thomas.

Product Usage

  • Speed Limitations: KoolerKarts are not designed to sustain top speeds for more than short bursts of up to 30 seconds. Using the product beyond these specifications is inherently dangerous and outside the scope of our manufacturing standards.
  • Responsibility: Tyler Thomas / KoolerKartz is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the use of our products.

Please ensure you ride safely, within the legal scope, and always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet.
